Innovative Leaders offers a comprehensive Customer Service Analysis and Recommendation service that involves onsite observations of your staff. This allows the team to evaluate staff interactions with patients/customers/clients. Are they meeting your expectations? Are there opportunities for improvement? Let’s work together to identify areas of needed improvement and/or growth. From there, as a team of collective Innovative Leaders, we will develop strategies for enhancing your customer service.

Cancellation Policy
If travel is required outside of Louisiana (state of business), your organization will be required to cover travel fees. This includes flights, additional transportation (if needed), and hotel accommodations. All travel fees are due within 10 days of invoice. This is in addition to your deposit agreement.
